The guys at Vegas Extreme Skydiving are the safest around and each have thousands and thousands of jumps under their belts. They are also really funny and make you feel at total ease. Hey, if I can do it, ANYONE can do it! We'll meet at 9:30am near the strip, carpool together and head out to the jump site.

If you want to relax under the amazing star filled sky without a care in the world, you can. What to Bring: Beach chair, blankets, bonfire type food, drinks, bundle of wood and your desire to have an incredible time out in the beautiful night air. If you plan to sleep over, bring a pillow, sleeping bag and tent as well.

So after so many people complained about the new ticket price, I told them that I wanted for us to pay 1/2 price and they said "YES!" So the normal price is $56 per ticket and we're going to pay only $28 per ticket. How's that for cool? We haven't been in a long time so it's time to go check out this show again. We'll be getting a table for half price and general admission is twice as much! Here's a short write up: The show literally gets its name from your first impression: This place is a MADHOUSE!! Wednesday, 09/26/07 - Hike/Explore The Las Vegas Springs Preserve - Free
|
We believe the hikes are free but to check out the amenities, desert living center, etc, has a cost of $14.95 for residents. We'll go hike around and it everyone wants to go check out the other things, we can do that too. Four trails at the Springs Preserve lead visitors through both a cultural and environmental history of the Las Vegas Valley. Each trail features interpretive displays allowing visitors to experience the Springs Preserve in its natural environment. Discover how Native Americans, early settlers and Mormon missionaries relied on the Springs to survive. More than 1.8 miles of trails wind through picturesque landscapes and lead to the Preserve's cienega, a desert wetland that serves as a tranquil home for hundreds of native plant, bird and animal species.

We'll be heading down to San Diego, CA for the weekend staying in the Marriot Hotel which is only 3 blocks from the beach. All of the rooms we are getting are water view rooms...no views of the alley! We'll be hanging on the beach by day and eating at great restaurants/partying it up at night. We'll also plan excursions for around the city.

Bring a blanket and we'll watch a great show. Here's a write-up: Philip is the director of the award winning "Tournament of Kings" at the Excalibur Hotel. Over the years, his credits at Super Summer Theatre have included Seussical, Man of La Mancha, Little Shop of Horrors, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Big River, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, last season's Noises Off, and others. Photographs on the right were taken at some of Philip's productions. This year he will be doing a repeat performance of Jesus Christ Superstar. Jesus Christ Superstar is a rock opera by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Introduced in 1971, it highlights the political and interpersonal struggles of Judas Iscariot and Jesus. The action follows the last weeks of Jesus' life. Twentieth century attitude and sensibilities as well as contemporary slang pervade the lyrics, and ironic allusions to modern life are scattered throughout the political depiction of the events.

The Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art is proud to announce the opening of an important and rare Picasso exhibition. Five years in the making, In the Master's Hands: Picasso's Ceramics, Treasures from the Estate of Pablo Picasso features more than 30 unique ceramic objects by the legendary 20th century artist. Here is some info about the exhibit: Just as famed artist Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) revolutionized painting at the turn of the 20th century through Cubism and sculpture in the 1920s and 1930s, he also transformed another art form: ceramics. cancer. My mother successfully fought and won the breast cancer battle almost 20

get exercise all at the same time. A great excuse for skipping the gym that day!

12/10/05 – Christmas Caroling on Horseback & Chili Dinner –$30.00

Sagebrush Ranch has traditionally had Christmas Caroling horseback for the last
10 years - the horses and the Ranch are all decked out in tinsel and lights. They
have horseback riding and a horse-drawn wagon ride. Santa is there too and the wagon
ride fills the air with Christmas music that every one can sing or listen to. Those
on horseback; follow Santa, enjoying the music with a crisp blue sky above us and
glittering stars accenting the night; some nights will even have moonlight. It’s
a 45 minute ride followed by dinner with; homemade chili, hot chocolate, coffee,
hot cider and cold drinks and Christmas goodies, and roasting marshmallows around
the campfire, after the ride. We’ll meet at 7:00pm and the ride starts at 8:30pm |
